Pavillon Ledoyen

Contemporary French · Paris · Michelin Three Stars · Chef Yannick Alléno

One of the oldest restaurants in Paris, Pavillon Ledoyen dates to 1779 and sits in the gardens of the eastern Champs-Élysées. Under Chef Yannick Alléno since 2014, it has held three Michelin stars with his pioneering approach to modern French cuisine, notably his technique of extractions and fermentations that concentrate natural flavors. The neoclassical pavilion has hosted luminaries from Robespierre to Monet and Zola. Alléno's tasting menus celebrate terroir-driven ingredients with intellectual rigor and bold intensity.
