Three floors: Ground floor wine bar (à la carte, walk-ins accepted, dishes $9-52), Floors 2-3 tasting menu (reservations required). 5-course prix-fixe $150, wine pairing +$148. Signature dishes: shaved fennel salad with blue cheese/pistachios/yuzu vinaigrette, foie gras with Parker House rolls/black truffle (available all floors, highly recommended), beef tartare 'flatbread' with smoked egg yolk gel/horseradish. Hyper-seasonal organic produce from farm partnership. Monday-Thursday 5-9pm, Friday-Saturday 5-10pm, Sunday 5-9pm. Lunch Friday-Sunday.
