Located three steps below street level in historic townhouse. Evolved from traditional à la carte to 'Family Meal' menu-less shared-plate experience (since Summer 2021). No printed menu - kitchen determines ~4 courses with multiple elements per course based on daily farm harvest. Sourcing from Stone Barns Center (Pocantico Hills, NY), Blue Hill Farm (Great Barrington, MA), farms within 250 miles. Vegetable-forward with some seafood, grains, dairy, select proteins. Seats 2-8 guests in main room, 1-2 at bar, 9+ in private Garden Room. Sister location: Blue Hill at Stone Barns (Westchester, World's 50 Best).
