Small intimate space seats only 42. Seasonally changing New American menu of small plates/tapas paired with eclectic 500+ bottle natural wine list. Signature: veal sweetbread skewers with soy-cured egg yolk, crisp chickpea crepe with squash blossoms and lardon, fried skate wing, Berkshire pork with cider glaze, crème caramel with toasted soba bits. Michelin awarded for 'astute preparation and bold, yet balanced flavors'. Weekend lunch fixed menu $28. Reservations required - very small space (not ideal for groups larger than 6). Book via website or expect to queue. Monday-Thursday 5:30-10:45pm, Friday-Sunday 11am-10:45pm. Sibling restaurant I Cavallini (Italian-focused) opened July 2025 at 284 Grand St across the street.
