Cocktails
- Lime Porex (18) — Espadín mezcal, inulin lime cream, lime zest. Impossibly light and airy texture, tart yet savory.
- Nube Nitro de Sake y Yuzu (18) — Cocktail in solid state. Sake, yuzu, liquid nitrogen - frozen cloud with crispy outside, soft inside. Made with syphon, maltodextrin, flash-frozen tableside.
- Mezcalita Frozen Cloud (18) — Mezcal, lime, lime zest. Whipped and frozen cloud - bold, smoky, refreshing. Melts in the mouth.
- Figa (15) — Fig water, hibiscus, Tio Pepe Una Palma sherry, umeshu, lime juice. Low-ABV cocktail with nutty, saline depth.
