Seafood supremo Tom Brown returns to the London fine dining scene at the intimate 28-seat dining room in The Capital Hotel, Knightsbridge. Tasting menus from 3 to 8 courses at lunch and 10 or 12 courses at dinner, with nearly every dish featuring seafood. Opened April 2025, awarded a Michelin star in February 2026.
