Tom Brown made his name at Cornerstone in Hackney (1 Michelin star), which he opened in 2018 to widespread acclaim for its seafood-focused cooking. He launched Tom Brown at The Capital in April 2025 and was awarded a Michelin star in February 2026 — less than a year after opening.
