Shang Palace at the Shangri-La Paris on Avenue d'Iéna in the 16th arrondissement is the only Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant in France. Executive Chef Samuel Lee presents refined Cantonese cuisine including handcrafted dim sum, roasted specialties, and traditional Chinese delicacies in an opulent setting within the former residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte.
