SanBrite is a traditional Ampezzo farmhouse restaurant in Cortina d'Ampezzo where former ski champion Riccardo Gaspari and wife Ludovica Rubbini practice 'Cook the Mountain' — a philosophy of regenerative cuisine using ingredients produced entirely on their own high-altitude farm at 1,800 metres. The restaurant holds both a Michelin Red Star and a Michelin Green Star. The Sentiero (Path) tasting menu is a surprise selection of mountain traditions.
