La Favellina is a family restaurant in the scenic hills of Malo — a small town in northern Vicenza province, between the Lessinia plateau and the Piccole Dolomiti. Chef Federico Pettenuzzo, who trained at Le Calandre and Aqua Crua, has brought his family's 25-year restaurant into the Michelin constellation with a cooking style that pairs Alajmo's technical precision with Baldessari's conceptual daring, applied to the ingredients of the Vicentino hills.
