Le Taillevent
Contemporary French · Paris · Michelin Two Stars · Chef Giuliano Sperandio
Le Taillevent is one of Paris's most storied dining establishments, founded in 1946 and named after Guillaume Tirel, the medieval French chef who wrote one of the oldest known cookbooks. Now run by the Gardinier family and led by Chef Giuliano Sperandio, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant occupies the former private mansion of the Duke of Morny in the 8th arrondissement. Its wine cellar, with over 15,000 bottles, is one of the finest in the world.
