Kebec Club Privé operates Thursday through Sunday at 7 pm only — a deliberate, once-nightly commitment to a blind 8-course tasting menu at CAD 170 per person (plus optional beverages at CAD 105). Chef Jonathan Rassi and his team never publish what they will serve; the menu changes daily based on market arrivals and seasonal harvest. The "club privé" concept creates a Members' Club atmosphere in the heart of Quebec City's Lower Town, where the complete absence of a posted menu is itself a statement of culinary intention.
