About Jonathan Rassi
'Kebec' is the Algonquin word meaning 'where the river narrows' — the original name for the site where Quebec City was founded. The private club format creates exclusivity that mirrors the restaurant's use of rare, ultra-local ingredients: wild game from northern Quebec, heritage breed pork from artisan farms, exceptional raw-milk cheeses from Quebec's cheese renaissance.
Cassandre Osterroth and Pierre-Olivier Pelletier co-own and co-lead the kitchen at Kebec Club Privé, which earned a Michelin star in Quebec City's inaugural 2025 Michelin Guide. Their concept — a private club format with a contemporary Québécois tasting menu — creates an intimate, exclusive dining experience centered on Quebec's finest ingredients.
