Former bank building with open kitchen and NYC's only remaining cheese cart. Signature dish: Crown Roast of Rohan Duck (dry-aged 30 days, serves 3-4, $120). Menu includes shellfish, bar snacks, handmade pastas (Lobster Ravioli, Duck Bolognese Lasagna, Conchiglie with clam sauce), Côte de Boeuf for Two. Happy Hour Monday-Thursday 5:30-7pm, Friday 5-6:30pm (bar only) with oysters, clams, frites, mini-martinis specials. Private dining in 'The Vault'. Monday special: 20% off all wine bottles.
