Signature: Beef Tartare with sunchokes (bison tartare, garlic, elderberry, crispy sunchoke chips), Endive Salad with walnuts & Ubriaco Rosso cheese ('America's most glamorous salad'), Ricotta Dumplings (mushrooms, Pecorino Sardo, mushroom broth), Arroz Negro/fried black rice (squid, hazelnuts, romesco, permanent menu item), Lamb Ribs (charmoula, honey), Chocolate Cake.
