Chaleur
French-Japanese Innovative · Singapore · Michelin One Star · Chef Kawano Masahiko
Set within a restored Chinatown shophouse on Neil Road, Chaleur is the solo debut of chef Masahiko Kawano, formerly of the acclaimed Rêve. His tightly composed tasting menus weave Japanese precision with French technique, drawing on pristine seafood and seasonal produce flown in from Japan. The intimate sixteen-seat dining room channels understated warmth, and Kawano earned his first Michelin star just nine months after opening in 2023.
