A pan-Asian kappo-style restaurant set within a Hongkong Street shophouse, Willow is the first solo venture of chef Nicolas Tam, a former sous chef at three-starred Zén and alumnus of Esora and Joël Robuchon. His tasting menus celebrate Asian roots with premium seasonal ingredients and global perspective, weaving Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asian flavours through a French technical lens. The intimate, counter-focused format puts diners close to the action.
