Awarded three MICHELIN stars, chef Kenji Gyoten prepares Edomae sushi omakase at THE NEW GYOUTEN in Fukuoka. Moving his counter from Shimonoseki to Fukuoka in 2012, Gyoten pairs akazu-seasoned rice with daily seafood from Toyosu and local Kyushu markets.
