Set Menu

  • The Core Menu (110) — Includes ingredients that have been fermented, candied, cured, pickled or dried for weeks or months. Available Wednesday, Thursday & Friday evenings and Friday & Saturday lunches.
  • The Signature Menu (165) — This menu goes one step further and highlights produce we’ve preserved over many years or even decades. Available Wednesday – Saturday.
  • The Summer Sunday Feast (75) — A set Sunday Feast Menu, available between 12:00pm and 4:00pm, offering a light, seasonal, Roots-style twist to classic Sunday Roast favourites. Includes summery cocktails and recommended wines to match. Vegetarian and pescatarian options are available. This menu runs through July, August and September.
