- "Braised Pork" — Bluefin tuna belly used as the pork belly in traditional braised pork, lightly pickled with rice wine and paired with pickled winter dates, mustard seeds, and perilla flowers
- Dense foam made of sesame, wrapped with old white tea from Fuding and six-year-old bergamot from Guangxi
- Longjing Shrimp with a strong tea flavor
- Foie Gras Egg Tart with caramel crispy shell and plum sauce
