Damini Macelleria & Affini is one of the most unique Michelin restaurants in Europe: a fourth-generation family butcher shop in Arzignano (Vicenza) that also operates a Michelin-starred restaurant. Chef Giorgio Damini (trained at Dal Pescatore and Perbellini) cooks with his signature four-ingredient rule; his brother Gian Pietro controls the entire meat supply chain — from breeding selection to 40-100 day aging in the shop's custom cellar. Butchery masterclasses are available by reservation.
