Glam Enrico Bartolini sits within the intimate Palazzo Venart hotel, whose terrace overlooks the Grand Canal. The dining room blends 17th-century frescoes with contemporary design by Patricia Urquiola. The kitchen — daily run by Donato Ascani — celebrates the lagoon ecosystem of Venice, sourcing herbs and vegetables from Sant'Erasmo island and Cavallino, and fish from the Rialto market each morning.
