Chef Arnaud Darbas and partner Virginie Béziaud opened Agapes in the Saint-Aubin quarter in August 2023. Darbas, who trained at Hexagone (Mathieu Pacaud), Carré des Feuillants (Alain Dutournier), Pré Catelan (Frédéric Anton), La Chèvre d'Or, and La Vague d'Or, brings directness and generosity to his market-driven, regionally composed cuisine. Awarded a Michelin star and Gault & Millau Jeune Talent Occitanie in 2024-2026.
