Arnaud Darbas

Arnaud Darbas trained at Hexagone with Mathieu Pacaud, staged at Carré des Feuillants and Pré Catelan, then worked at La Chèvre d'Or (Èze) and La Vague d'Or (Saint-Tropez). With Virginie Béziaud, he opened Agapes in August 2023, winning the Gault & Millau Jeune Talent Occitanie 2024 and a Michelin star in the 2026 guide.
