Set on a coastal farmstead overlooking the Baltic Sea in southern Sweden's Österlen region, VYN offers a seasonal tasting menu rooted in Scanian and Scandinavian ingredients. The experience moves between a former barn with open kitchen views and a converted pigsty dining room. Wed–Fri dinner, Sat lunch, approximately four hours per service.
