Daniel Berlin

Previously ran two-Michelin-starred Daniel Berlin Krog in Skåne-Tranås until 2020. Opened VYN in October 2023 between the fishing villages of Skillinge and Brantevik. Received two Michelin stars within six months of opening. Named one of TIME's World's Greatest Places 2024.
