- NV Black Lamb x Kabaj 'The Rider' Red Blend - Slovenia (35) — Exquisite, brooding, beautiful Bordeaux blend redefined in Slovenia. Smoky, meaty, complex, and ultimately elegant. A multi-vintage (2011 & 2012) barrel cuvée composed of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot bottled in the summer of 2020. Drink this with all of your favorite red wine foods. Also available for $55.
- NV Tetramythos Retsina Amphorae - Ano Diakopto, Greece (21) — 100% organic Roditis in a classic Greek style, fermented in clay amphorae with pine resin from trees on their property. With a touch of extended time on lees, you get an elegant, aromatic, complex, balanced, crushable and lovely riff on Retsina. Aromas of citrus zest, green apple, pine resin, and ocean breeze. Crisp on the palate, citrus and savory herbs, beeswax, almond, pleasing minerality and a curiously long, clean finish. A gem on its own or with any seafood dish! Also available for $41.
- Marioni NV ‘Rita’ Pét Nat - Sonoma, CA (27) — A lovely co-fermented field blend comprised of Pinot Gris, Syrah, Cabernet, Chardonnay and old fruit trees found on the Raffin Family Vineyard, now stewarded by Dan Marioni as a regenerative farming experiment. Ocean breeze and freshly cooked jasmine rice on the nose. Tart cherry, blueberry, watermelon rind and herbes de Provence on the palate. Light, dry, fizzy and super flexible for the dinner table or solo sipping during golden hour. Also available for $47.
- Art + Science ‘Cerebral’ Pét Nat - Sheridan, OR (26) — 1/3 Pinot Noir grapes ecologically farmed from Morning Mist Vineyards & 2/3 Mountain Rose apples biodynamically farmed from Mount Hood Organics. It’s perfection. Also available for $46.
- Art + Science 'Radical Table Red' - Willamette, OR (26) — A blend of Mondeuse, Pinot Noir and Zweigelt from ecologically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley.
