The Catbird Seat
Progressive American · nashville · Downtown · Michelin One Star · Chef Andy Doubrava & Tiffani Ortiz
Since opening in 2011, The Catbird Seat has helped shape Nashville's reputation as a culinary destination. Now relocated to the fifth floor of the Bill Voorhees Building in the Gulch, the restaurant enters a new chapter under chefs Andy Doubrava and Tiffani Ortiz, who bring a deep larder of foraged and preserved ingredients gathered over two years of cross-country cooking with their pop-up, Slow Burn. Diners sit around a U-shaped Tennessee pink marble counter watching 13 to 16 courses unfold in an open kitchen — playful, produce-first cooking that earns its place as The Infatuation's highest-rated restaurant in Nashville at 9.8. Prepaid at time of reservation; $175 per person.
