Named after its Alsatian chef-patron, Lerouy brings classical French rigour tempered by global influences to Singapore's Robertson Walk. Christophe Lerouy trained under Christian Le Squer at Pavillon Ledoyen and Guy Martin at Le Grand Véfour before striking out on his own. His seasonal tasting menus showcase premium French ingredients — Breton lobster, Aquitaine caviar, Challans duck — prepared with exacting technique and a light, modern touch.
