Le Grill occupies the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo with a spectacular retractable rooftop above Casino Square. Chef Dominique Lory leads a kitchen devoted to the ancient art of spit-roasting and classic Riviera cuisine. The restaurant is famed for its soufflés — a tableside ceremony performed with flair — and for showcasing produce from the Ligurian coast and French Alpine hinterland.
