Le Feuillage at La Cheneaudière earned its first Michelin star in March 2025 under Jean-Paul Acker — one of two new Alsace stars that year (alongside Auberge Chez Guth in Steige). Acker trained at L'Oustau de Baumanière under Glenn Viel (3★), and brings that Provençal technique to the Vosges forest setting. His Siesskass (local white cheese) with smoked duck breast, mushrooms, and beetroot confit, and his Blue Lobster quenelle torched tableside, define the restaurant's ambition. The hotel's unique 'Table Expérience' (immersive kitchen table for 2–5 guests at +€50 supplement) is one of Alsace's most distinctive dining concepts.
