The young duo Théo Fernandez (cuisine) and Claire Cames (pastry and wine) opened this village inn in a traditional red-brick building renovated around an imposing fireplace and forge bellows. Both trained at Shangri-La, Le Meurice, Le Ritz, Gabriel, and Christophe Bacquié before returning to their native Southwest. Claire was Cédric Grolet's first pastry apprentice, working alongside him for seven years. Seats 25 guests.
