La Grande Cascade has held a Michelin star continuously since 1965, making it one of Paris's longest-standing starred restaurants. Set in a magnificent Napoleon III-era pavilion in the Bois de Boulogne along the Allée de Longchamp, Chef Christophe Schmitt presents refined French cuisine in a spectacular Belle Époque dining room with a glass rotunda and verdant terrace.
