Kasbür — 'cheese-maker' in Alsatian dialect — is a 4th-generation family restaurant transformed in 1999 from a 1932 bistro into a gastronomic destination. Chef Yves Kieffer (La Tour d'Argent, Marc Meneau training) earned his Michelin star in 2013 and his G&M Trophée Technique d'Excellence in 2022. His philosophy is sauce-centric: 'a dish is 70% sauce'.
