Iris Ristorante occupies Palazzo Soave in Verona's Roman centro storico — a few minutes' walk from the Arena. Chef Giacomo Sacchetto, who trained under Giancarlo Perbellini and earned his first star at La Cru in 2021, brings a lighter and more personal interpretation of Perbellini's Veronese school to this intimate palace setting. The restaurant earned its first Michelin star in only its second year of operation.
