Giacomo Sacchetto, born 1985 in Vallese di Oppeano (Verona), opened Iris Ristorante in Palazzo Soave in the center of Verona in November 2023, earning a Michelin star within its first year. His training in award-winning Italian kitchens gave him a foundation for a contemporary, produce-led cuisine rooted in Veneto territory.
