Seafood from Looe day boats, meat from Mountgrace Farm Yorkshire. Menu changes almost entirely every few weeks.

- Juniper Smoked Dayboat Fish — Daily selection from Looe Market with peas, koji, grilled buttermilk
- Lamb Belly Burger — Surprise course - steam bun with sesame, lamb belly patty with cumin and pepper, house-made date and hoisin ketchup (made from off-cuts of the main course)

- Lake District Venison — Wild mushrooms, smoked juniper, quince, pickled quince miso, sauce from venison bones and truffles
- Peking-Style Mallard — Signature duck dish paying homage to nearby Chinatown, featuring slow-roasted duck with lacquered skin
- Courgette Flower — Stuffed with crab, courgette and basil purée, warm crab shell bisque
