Chef James Knappett (trained at Per Se, noma, Claridges) and sommelier wife Sandia Chang serve up to 20 daily-changing courses focused on single British seasonal ingredients. Single seating at 6pm. One of London's most intimate fine dining experiences. Element of surprise - menu revealed at end of meal. ~4 hour experience starting with cocktails in lounge, ending with petit fours.
