The experience unfolds across three spaces: downstairs bar (aperitifs, bread course), kitchen pass (snacks by dry-aging cabinets), and candlelit main dining room (16 seats, white tablecloths, Persian rugs). Heavy focus on fermentation, dry-aging, foraging, and fat-forward cooking with New Nordic influences.
