- Full Experience Menu (3500000) — The complete CoCo Dining experience with all courses, amuse-bouches, and mignardises. Approximately VND 3,500,000 per person.
- CoCo Tropical Sweet — Closing sweet drawing on Vietnamese sweet traditions and tropical fruits.
- Fermented Course — A course showcasing Vietnamese fermentation traditions — mắm, pickles, and cultured ingredients. Chef Vuong's first four seasonal menus were rooted in fermentation, curing, and aging.
- Northern Vietnam Course — A course representing the cuisine of northern Vietnam — delicate, subtle, and refined. Part of the 11-region Lữ Hành progression.
- Highlands Course — Ingredients from Vietnam's Central Highlands — coffee, avocado, and mountain produce prepared with progressive technique.
- Coastal Seafood Course — Inspired by Chef Vuong's childhood in Mui Ne on the coast of Phan Thiet — featuring the region's prized seafood prepared with contemporary technique and fermentation.
- Central Vietnam Course — Representing the refined culinary traditions of central Vietnam, featuring complex layered flavors from one of the 11 regions in the Lữ Hành journey.
- Southern Vietnam Course — Ingredients from southern Vietnam, reflecting the agricultural abundance of the Mekong Delta and Chef Vuong's adopted home of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Protein Main Course — Premium protein prepared to taste like Vietnam — 'We may use the best ingredients from around the world, but when it comes to me, it will still taste like Vietnam.'
- Aged & Cured Course — A course rooted in aging and curing techniques — disciplines requiring time, patience, and precision that defined CoCo Dining's early identity.

- Lữ Hành Tasting Menu (3500000) — The signature tasting menu takes diners through 11 regions of Vietnam, evolving from Chef Vuong's childhood memories. Changes every 6-8 months. 'Lữ Hành' means 'journey' in Vietnamese.
