Vo Thanh Vuong

Chef Vo Thanh Vuong, winner of Top Chef Vietnam 2019, had a rough upbringing and worked as a fisherman in Mui Ne before entering the culinary world. He moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2009 to pursue his culinary dreams. He joined CoCo Dining in 2021, earning Michelin Selected in 2023-2024 and a full Michelin star in 2025. His philosophy: 'Vietnamese cuisine isn't something I need to modernize — it's something I need to honor, evolve and speak through.'
