Bacchanalia
Contemporary American · atlanta · Michelin One Star · Chef Anne Quatrano
Atlanta's most celebrated restaurant since 1993, Bacchanalia is the culinary flagship of chefs and owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison. The four-course prix fixe menu evolves nightly and seasonally, drawing almost entirely from organic ingredients—many harvested from Summerland Farm, the chefs' own property in Cartersville, Georgia. The sophisticated West Midtown room, with its dark wood, Edison bulbs, and leather banquettes, provides a warm counterpoint to the intricacy on the plate. Bacchanalia also holds a Michelin Green Star, awarded for its outstanding commitment to sustainable sourcing and waste reduction.
