Villa René Lalique

Creative French / Austrian-Alsatian · Strasbourg · Wingen-sur-Moder (northern Vosges) · Michelin Two Stars · Chef Paul Stradner

Villa René Lalique is one of France's most architecturally extraordinary dining destinations — a Mario Botta-designed restaurant extension attached to René Lalique's original 1920 villa in the Northern Vosges. Chef Paul Stradner's cuisine channels his 'Triple A' philosophy: Alsace terroir, Austrian technique, and Lalique artisanship. Lalique crystal glasses, decanters, and table objects surround you as Stradner serves Kartoffelnudel (potato noodles with snails, parsley, horseradish), his Sarah Bernhardt Perfect Egg tribute to René Lalique's muse, and Carabinero gambas with rosemary and white turnip. The 10th Anniversary retrospective menu (2025) revisits a decade of creativity. With MOF sommelier Romain Iltis guiding the wine service, the complete sensory experience is unmatched in the Vosges.
