- Lunch Omakase (200) — 15+ courses focusing on sushi. Includes chawanmushi, small plates (Hokkaido scallop tempura, hirame sashimi), ~9 pieces of nigiri sushi, uni hand roll, miso soup, udon, cooked fish filet, rice bowl, and dessert. Duration ~1 hour.
- Dinner Omakase (300) — 20+ courses blending kaiseki and sushi. Features sashimi, Edomae-style nigiri, broths, cooked dishes, fried rice course (leftovers turned into soup), and desserts. Duration 1.5-2.5 hours. Seafood sourced from Toyosu Fish Market (Tokyo), wasabi from Shizuoka, tuna from Yamauki.
