Marco Müller trained under Johannes King at Grand Slam (Schlosshotel Grunewald), was chef de cuisine at Restaurant Harlekin (Hotel Esplanade Berlin), and worked at Imperial (Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe). Ralf Zacherl was Rutz's first chef before Marco joined in 2004. Emphasizes precision, innovation, and locally sourced ingredients. Tasting menu only format.
