Les Plaisirs Gourmands
Creative French · Strasbourg · Strasbourg (moved from Schiltigheim to city centre in 2025) · Michelin One Star · Chef Guillaume Scheer
Les Plaisirs Gourmands relocated from Schiltigheim to Strasbourg's Quai Mullenheim in 2025 after 7.5 years in the suburb. Chef Guillaume Scheer and his wife Charlotte brought their Michelin star to the new address. The 6-course 'Gourmands' menu (€130) progresses from foie gras in textures with rhubarb and maple syrup, through onion ravioli with sweetbread and yellow wine sauce, Blue Lobster with saffron risotto, to Charolais beef or Theo Kieffer's squab. Classic French craft with creative contemporary presentation.
