About Guillaume Scheer
Guillaume Scheer and his wife Charlotte (front of house) moved their restaurant Les Plaisirs Gourmands from Schiltigheim to Strasbourg's Quai Mullenheim in 2025 — relocating from the suburb where they operated for 7.5 years to a more central address on the Ill river. Their Michelin star followed them to the new location. The restaurant's cuisine is classic French with modern creative touches: a 6-course Gourmands tasting menu leads with Blue Lobster saffron risotto, Charolais beef fillet, and Theo Kieffer's nest squab. Scheer's cooking is technically precise, ingredient-led, and seasonally focused.
