Le Calandre is the flagship of the Alajmo family's culinary empire, housed in an elegant villa just outside Padua. Chef Massimiliano Alajmo, the youngest three-star Michelin chef in history, creates dishes that are simultaneously rooted in Veneto tradition and radically inventive — from his iconic saffron-licorice risotto to raw seafood tableaux. Three distinct tasting menus (Classico, Max, Raf) allow flexibility from 3 to 11 courses.
