Lazzaro 1915 is a family restaurant in the flat Paduan countryside south of Venice — operating since 1915, when it served meals to sugar factory workers. Today, Chef Piergiorgio Siviero has taken the family baton and created a genuinely personal kitchen: 5-6 tables only, an 8-course DNA tasting menu, and a cooking style that uses modern techniques (marinating, fermentation, rice toasting) to illuminate the ingredients of the Po delta and the Euganean Hills.
