Chef Jérémy Morin, born in Normandy and trained at Le Bristol and Le Meurice, earned his first star at age 30 at Le Métropolitain in Toulouse. In 2015 he opened L'Aparté with his wife Romina in the peaceful green suburbs of Montrabé, earning a new Michelin star in just 16 months. The traditionally-built house surrounded by greenery offers a bioclimatic pergola terrace and stylish contemporary interior.
